Customers have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the products are received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal and arrange a return, customers must access their order details in their customer account. In the relevant product line, the option “Return a product” must be selected and a reason provided.
The request is forwarded to customer service, who will contact the customer to organize the return according to the original shipping method.
By exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer undertakes to return the products within fourteen (14) days of declaring the withdrawal, in perfect condition and in the original packaging (excluding deliveries with GOLD service).
A refund of the purchase price of the returned items will be made as quickly as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days after the withdrawal has been exercised, provided that Wild Mango Designs has received the products in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all accessories. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom-made products or special orders are excluded from the right of return and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Products sold by Wild Mango Designs are covered by a two (2) year warranty from the date of delivery or pickup.
Warranty claims can only be considered upon presentation of the product and the corresponding purchase invoice.
Depending on the customer’s choice, Wild Mango Designs will repair or replace the defective product. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, a refund of the purchase price may be granted.
Repaired or replaced products remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
