Shipping costs within Switzerland

Shipping costs depend on your order value – regardless of whether we ship by parcel or palletised by freight.

Standard delivery to the kerbside

• Order value up to CHF 599.–: CHF 15.–
• Order value CHF 600.– to CHF 899.–: CHF 60.–
• Order value from CHF 900.–: free

Delivery into the room of your choice

If you would like delivery into the room of your choice instead of to the kerbside, this costs an additional CHF 40.– in each case – so CHF 55.–, CHF 100.– or CHF 40.– depending on your order value.

Free pickup in Adliswil ZH

You can collect your order from us free of charge: Moosstrasse 23, 8134 Adliswil (ZH). Often the same day once we have agreed a time. We load it for you; straps and blankets are on hand.

How we deliver

Larger furniture is delivered palletised by freight forwarder (Camion Transport), with a call ahead. Smaller items are sent by parcel service. The options and prices valid for your order are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. Delivery time 5–8 working days.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of return. Return transport is arranged and paid for by you. On request we will arrange collection for CHF 100.–, which we deduct from the refund.
